Refund Policy

Order Deposits & Cancellations

Most hot tubs, swim spas, and spas sold by Toronto Hot Tubs are special-ordered from the manufacturer once your order is placed. A deposit is required to place your order.

If you cancel your order before it has been placed with the manufacturer, your deposit will be refunded in full. Once your order has been placed with the manufacturer, your deposit becomes non-refundable, as we incur costs securing your unit for production and delivery on your behalf.

After Delivery

Because of the size, weight, and custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns once a unit has been delivered and/or installed, except as required by applicable law or under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty.

Manufacturer Warranty

All hot tubs and swim spas are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Defects covered under warranty will be repaired or replaced according to the manufacturer's warranty terms. Contact us and we will help coordinate warranty service with the manufacturer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your unit at the time of delivery. If your order arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at torontohottubs@gmail.com or (437) 533-5954 so we can make it right.

Accessories & Chemicals

For accessories, chemicals, and smaller items purchased separately from a hot tub or swim spa order, unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, less any original or return shipping costs. Contact us to arrange a return.
