This website is operated by Toronto Hot Tubs. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us", and "our" refer to Toronto Hot Tubs. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Products, Pricing & Availability
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in pricing or product information — including after an order has been submitted — and to cancel or refuse any order arising from such an error.
Orders & Payment
Hot tub and swim spa purchases typically require a deposit at the time of order, with the balance due before or at delivery. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Where financing is offered through Finance It, financing is subject to credit approval and Finance It's own terms and conditions, which are separate from ours.
Delivery & Installation
Delivery timelines depend on manufacturer production and shipping schedules and will be estimated at the time of order. See our Shipping Policy for details on delivery areas and what's included.
Returns & Refunds

Warranties
Hot tubs, swim spas, and related equipment are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty. Except as expressly stated, we make no other warranties, express or implied, regarding products sold through this site.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toronto Hot Tubs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable Ontario or Canadian consumer protection law that cannot be waived.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and product descriptions — is the property of Toronto Hot Tubs or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
