Delivery Area

We offer free delivery and professional installation on hot tubs and swim spas throughout the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Scarborough, North York, Markham, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, and Oshawa. If you're outside these areas, contact us — we may still be able to deliver for an additional fee.

Delivery Timeline

Most hot tubs and swim spas are special-ordered from the manufacturer. Delivery timelines vary by brand and model and will be estimated when you place your order. We'll contact you to schedule a delivery window once your unit is ready to ship.

What's Included

Standard GTA delivery includes placement of the unit at your prepared site and professional installation/startup by our team, as outlined at the time of your quote.

Site Preparation

Customers are responsible for ensuring a suitable, accessible, and level delivery site (including any required electrical work by a licensed electrician) is ready before the scheduled delivery date. Delays caused by an unprepared site may result in rescheduling fees.

Accessories & Small Items

Smaller items such as chemicals and accessories ship via standard courier and typical delivery times apply based on carrier and location.
