Delivery & installation

Swim spas are significantly heavier and larger than hot tubs, so delivery requires a tow truck or crane rather than our standard placement crew. We arrange the tow truck or crane on your behalf, but this cost is typically paid for by the customer and is quoted separately based on your site's access. Most swim spas also need a reinforced concrete pad or engineered foundation rather than a standard hot tub pad, and electrical requirements are often higher — many models need higher-amperage service or a dual circuit for dual-zone units. We'll walk through your site's specific pad, access, and electrical requirements when we quote your delivery.
